Subscriber Agreement
- The annual subscription to “Premium Access” materials either through an Individual or School Membership entitles registered teachers to access and download the resources for one year from the time of payment.
- If more than one user will be using the teacher materials, a school membership should be purchased. Individual memberships are for individuals only.
- Each user has a unique user name and password. A user may only be logged into the site through one device at a time.
- Members are expected to keep their passwords secure. If there is compelling evidence that passwords have been distributed to a non-member, the individual will be permanently blocked from accessing “Premium Access” resources. If the individual is part of a school membership, the school will be notified and placed on review. Schools that are blocked can request a re-evaluation after 3 years. In both cases, a refund will not be issued.
- All material on the site is the intellectual property of English Collaborative, unless otherwise noted.
- All downloaded material is for classroom use and should not be used for any purpose other than your own, non-commercial use.
- Resources that have been downloaded must not be reproduced, republished, posted, or transmitted in any other way, including on social media. Teachers may not publicly post materials on their own websites, but they may post materials on their websites if students are required to login in to access the materials.
- Downloaded resources should not be shared with others. If you have purchased a school membership, downloaded resources may be shared with the corresponding number of users in your school or organization.
- Teachers are allowed to adapt and alter the material in the downloaded MS Word documents, however you must keep the corporate logo on the teaching material. If the material is transferred to another platform (e.g., Google docs), teachers must also transfer the logo to acknowledge the source of the material.
- Should teachers or educators wish to present on materials that have been downloaded from this site, they must request permission from the owners using the Contact Form.
- While teachers are encouraged to leave comments and ask questions, any comments you submit may be removed at our discretion. Members who leave abusive or offensive comments will be contacted directly and may be banned from membership should the behavior continue. No refunds will be issued.
- If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your case. In most cases, we are happy to issue a refund.
