Three Balloons

This activity invites students to reflect on their learning from the lesson and gives the teacher information about which learning goals have been internalized by the students.

Process

  1. Ask students to imagine that each person had 3 balloons on which there was space to write one word or phrase to capture an important idea from the lesson.
  2. Students record their ideas.
  3. Students can share in small groups, as a large group, or give their ideas to the teacher.
